<strong>sidra<\/strong>, es un segundo plato que lo podemos convertir tranquilamente en un plato \u00fanico, ya que va cocinada con <strong>esp\u00e1rragos y almejas<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de que la gr. merluza en dos rodajas<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100 gr. cebolla<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cayena<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">200 ml. sidra natural<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">250 gr. almejas<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Harina<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">6 Esp\u00e1rragos<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Perejil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Azafr\u00e1n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"ERSClear\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSInstructions\">\n<h1 class=\"ERSInstructionsHeader ERSHeading\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En un cazo poner a abrir las almejas, cuando est\u00e9n abiertas, sacar, vaciar las conchas y colar el agua que soltaron, reservar ambas cosas<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pelar la cebolla y el ajo y picarlos junto con un poco de perejil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Lavar y limpiar las rodajas de merluza.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En una tartera poner un poco de aceite, cuando est\u00e9 caliente sofre\u00edr el ajo, a continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adir la cebolla y el perejil, pochar todo bien.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">A\u00f1adimos la cayena, una cucharada rasa de harina, rehogar todo y poner la merluza, regamos con la sidra y el agua que tenemos reservada de abrir las almejas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Tostamos el azafr\u00e1n, lo machacamos en un mortero y lo a\u00f1adimos a la salsa.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cocemos unos quince minutos, dependiendo del grosor de la merluza, un rato antes de sacarla a\u00f1adimos las almejas, y los esp\u00e1rragos, dejando todo hacerse un par de minutos m\u00e1s, dejando la salsa espesita.<\/li>\n<li
