F\u00edjate c\u00f3mo cocinar la receta.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>ingredientes<\/p>\n<p>300gr. fideos gorditos<\/p>\n<p>400 gr. costilla de cerdo a trocitos<\/p>\n<p>400 gr. salchicas de cerdo a trocitos<\/p>\n<p>1 pimiento verde grande<\/p>\n<p>1 cebolleta<\/p>\n<p>3 tomates maduros<\/p>\n<p>2 ajos<\/p>\n<p>Caldo o agua<\/p>\n<p>Piment\u00f3n dulce<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p>Sal y az\u00facar<\/p>\n<h2 itemprop=\"summary\">C\u00f3mo hacer Fideos a la cazuela<\/h2>\n<p>Poner en una cazuela el aceite de oliva a calentar (no mucho porque la carne ya suelta su grasa). A continuaci\u00f3n salar los trozos de costilla y los saltear hasta que quede un poco dorada.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adir los trocitos de salchicha. Sin que se acaben de hacer del todo a\u00f1adir la cebolleta bien picada, el pimiento verde a trozos (se va a deshacer casi todo) y el ajo picado.<br \/>Se deja sofreir todo junto d\u00e1ndole vueltas.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras se sofrie todo, pelar y cortar en daditos los tomates bien maduros. A\u00f1adir al tomate una cucharadita y media peque\u00f1a de az\u00facar y echar a la cazuela.<br \/>Remover bien todo y bajar a fuego lento para que se vaya cociendo todo y para que la carne quede bien tierna. Remover de vez en cuando.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando la salsita ya est\u00e1 bastante espesa, echar una cucharadita de piment\u00f3n dulce y los fideos.
