Se trata de trigo crudo bien lavado.<\/div>\n<div>1 pepino<\/div>\n<div>1 tomate<\/div>\n<div>1 taza de perejil<\/div>\n<div>2 cebollas<\/div>\n<div>Sal<\/div>\n<div>Jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/div>\n<div>Aceite de oliva<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>C\u00f3mo hacer Tipile paso a paso:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div>Poner a remojo el trigo. Para esto echar las dos tazas de trigo en cuatro tazas de agua. En unas 2 horas el trigo habr\u00e1 absorbido el agua.<\/div>\n<div>Picamos las verduras: la cebolla, el pepino, el tomate y el perejil.<\/div>\n<div>Echamos las verduras picadas en un recipiente.<\/div>\n<div>Escurrimos el trigo y los a\u00f1adimos al recipiente con las verduras picadas. Agregamos la sal y el jugo de lim\u00f3n al gusto y un poco de aceite de oliva.
