A los que les permiten comer durante solo 8 horas al d\u00eda, ingieren tanta cantidad de alimento como los que tienen acceso a la comida 24 horas, pero no desarrollan obesidad ni enfermedades metab\u00f3licas.<\/p>\n<p>Estos ciclos metab\u00f3licos son esenciales, desde el procesamiento del colesterol, a la producci\u00f3n de glucosa. Cuando los ratones o las personas comen con frecuencia, durante el d\u00eda y la noche, <strong>pueden perder los ciclos metab\u00f3licos normales<\/strong>.
