Duffy<\/strong>&nbsp;en la revista The Journal of Vision, se\u00f1ala que dormir entre cinco y seis horas cada noche puede afectar negativamente al desempe\u00f1o de labores visuales complejas.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEste tipo de trabajos exige codificar datos en la memoria, procesar abundante informaci\u00f3n visual y tomar decisiones constantemente a partir de la informaci\u00f3n, todo ello de manera r\u00e1pida y repetida\u201d,<\/em>establecen los cient\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, y cuando las horas de vigilia se vuelven prolongadas, los expertos aseguran que aumenta la dificultad para identificar la relevancia de la informaci\u00f3n que se percibe.
