A\u00f1adimos el vinagre, sal y pimienta. Cocinar durante cinco minutos con la sart\u00e9n tapada a fuego lento.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Servir el encebollado sobre los bistecs, espolvoreando encima el perejil picado, puede ser culantro picado.
