Entonces lo introducimos en agua fr\u00eda en la nevera unas 36 horas, cambiando el agua cada 12 horas. Una vez desalado dejamos que escurra, tambi\u00e9n en la nevera con papel de cocina debajo unas 2 o 3 horas.<\/li>\n<li>Ahora ya solo que freirlo bien, con el pescado bien seco. Ponemos aceite abundante de oliva en una sart\u00e9n y mientras se calienta ponemos harina en un plato.<\/li>\n<li>Ya solo queda ir rebozando los trozos en harina y a\u00f1adirlos a la sart\u00e9n con el aceite caliente.
