Lo podemos acompa\u00f1ar de unos&nbsp;<strong>picatostes<\/strong>&nbsp;para dar el toque perfecto a su sabor.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>400 gr. de Calabaza<\/li>\n<li>3 Zanahorias<\/li>\n<li>1 Puerro (la parte blanca)<\/li>\n<li>1 Patata (200 0 300 gr)<\/li>\n<li>100 ml. de Nata<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es pelar y cortar bien todas las verduras en trozos no demasiado peque\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Ahora a\u00f1adimos las verduras en una olla y a\u00f1adimos agua hasta que cubra estos ingredientes. Agregamos sal y un chorrito de aceite, tapamos y dejamos cocer a fuego medio aproximadamete 20 minutos, hasta que las verduras queden blandas.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez abierto, vemos si hay demasiada agua, tiene que cubrir apenas los vejetales, aunque tambi\u00e9n depender\u00e1 si se quiere m\u00e1s espesa la crema o m\u00e1s l\u00edquida.
