Luego se compar\u00f3 con otro grupo que dorm\u00eda un promedio de 10 horas al d\u00eda. El resultado fue que el primer grupo&nbsp;subi\u00f3 de peso, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9?<\/p>\n<p>Mientras el cuerpo descansa no son necesarias las comidas, as\u00ed que mientras unos dorm\u00edan los otros&nbsp;inger\u00edan m\u00e1s comida.
