Mezclamos el pescado, langostino, miga de pan, huevo, ajo, perejil y la sal para hacer&nbsp;alb\u00f3ndigas. <\/p>\n<p>Pasar por&nbsp;pan rallado&nbsp;y fre\u00edr en aceite caliente hasta dorar. Reservamos.<\/p>\n<p><b>Para la salsa espa\u00f1ola<\/b>:<br \/>Calentamos el aceite, doramos ligeramente la cebolla picadita y el ajo. A\u00f1adimos harina y vino, una vez que reduzca a\u00f1adimos el caldo de pescado y laurel.
