Retiramos y reservamos.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En la misma olla, sofre\u00edr el ajo, la cebolla durante seis minutos, agregamos el aj\u00ed amarillo y culantro. Sazonamos con sal y pimienta, cocinamos por cinco minutos m\u00e1s. A\u00f1adimos el&nbsp;caldo de pollo, las arvejas, la zanahoria y las presas doradas del pollo. Tapamos la olla y dejamos cocinar durante 35 minutos a fuego medio.
