desarrollar diabetes tipo 2, seg\u00fan revel\u00f3 un nuevo estudio.<\/p>\n<p>Tras evaluar datos de casi 200.000 personas durante un cuarto de siglo, investigadores de Estados Unidos, Reino Unido y Singapur hallaron que las personas que com\u00edan m\u00e1s fruta fresca -especialmente ar\u00e1ndanos, uvas y manzanas- pod\u00edan reducir el riesgo de la enfermedad en casi 25%.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas frutas, sin embargo, hac\u00edan poca diferencia, especialmente las fresas y el mel\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los investigadores tambi\u00e9n hallaron que, por el contrario, beber jugos de frutas aument\u00f3
