Cuando el az\u00facar comience a caramelizar y se torne en un color marr\u00f3n clarito, a\u00f1adimos como la mitad del agua o algo menos y removemos bien.<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cuando el agua est\u00e9 bien integrada en el caramelo, cuesta un rato removiendo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Retiramos del fuego y agregamos el piment\u00f3n, la pimienta, el ajo muy picado y la miel.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Llevamos al fuego y ligamos bien sin dejar de remover. Vamos a\u00f1adiendo poco a poco el agua que nos queda.
