Esta a tu opci\u00f3n elegir el pescado y los cortes.<br \/>\n\u00bd lib. De auyama cortadas en cubitos. (Deja un pedacito grande para batirlo.)<br \/>\n1 cebolla blanca limpiarla y usar entera.<br \/>\n1\/2 libra de yuca cortar en cubos.<br \/>\n\u00bd libra de papas cortar en cubos.<br \/>\n1 zanahoria cortada en rodajas finas.<br \/>\n5 a 6 tazas de agua.<br \/>\n1 chorrito de aceite mas una cucharada de mantequilla.<br \/>\nUn pu\u00f1ado de fideos<br \/>\n5 dientes de ajo majados con hojas de recao y or\u00e9gano fresco.<br \/>\n1 atado de hierbas; apio, laurel, recaito, cilantro ancho.<br \/>\n1 caldo de zopitas.<br \/>\n1 chorro de vino blanco.<br \/>\nSal y pimienta al gusto.<\/p>\n<h3>\n<strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En un caldero hondo para hacer sopas lo llevamos a calentar a fuego medio bajo, le vamos agregar un chorrito de aceite mas la cucharada de mantequilla, cuando la mantequilla derrita vamos a llevar a sofre\u00edr el ajo majadito, luego incorporamos la auyama, yuca, zanahorias y papas salteamos un poco procedemos a echarle el agua, ah\u00ed mismo agregamos el atado de hierbas, mas la cebolla entera las piezas de pescado, dejamos que el caldo entre en ebullici\u00f3n y aprovechamos echamos los fideos, la zopitas, m\u00e1s un chorro de vino blanco. Cuando el pedazo de auyama y la cebolla est\u00e9n tiernas retirarlas con un poco del caldo llevas a batir en una licuadora, luego viertes en la sopa mueves y dejas que se intensifique mas el sabor del caldo. Cuando veas que los vegetales est\u00e1n tiernos sin desbaratarse y los fideos est\u00e9n, ajustas sal y pimienta y le puedes dar un toque de agrio.
