class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 cucharadas de aceite, recomiendo aceite de girasol, de mani o de oliva light<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 \u00bd taza de cebolla blanca perla picada finamente<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cabezas de ajo, peladas y machacadas<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pimiento, de cualquier color, picado en cubitos<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd cucharada de comino molido<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cucharadita de achiote molido<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 manojo de cilantro, finamente picado<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">~4 libras de mariscos surtidos: camarones, calamares, vieiras, mejillones, conchas o almejas<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Para acompa\u00f1ar: Patacones o tostones, curtido de cebolla, aguacate, rodajas de lim\u00f3n y aji criollo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<h4 class=\"instructions\">\nPreparaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Para preparar el arroz blanco<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li>En una olla mediana, caliente 2 cucharadas de aceite a fuego medio, agregue las 2 cucharadas de cebolla y ajo, y cocine hasta que est\u00e9n suaves, alrededor de 3-5 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ada el arroz crudo, revuelva bien. Agregue el caldo de marisco o pescado, haga hervir a fuego alto hasta que el caldo se evapore. Reduzca a fuego bajo, tape y deje cocinar a fuego lento durante unos 15 minutos o hasta que el arroz est\u00e9 tierno pero firme, gu\u00e1rdelo para despu\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Para preparar el arroz marinero<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n grande, caliente las 3 cucharadas de aceite a fuego medio. Agregue la cebolla picada y el ajo picado, revuelva frecuentemente y cocine hasta que las cebollas est\u00e9n suaves, unos 5 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ada el comino, el achiote molido, sal, pimienta, la mitad del cilantro picado, y el pimiento picado. Cocine por 5 minutos, revolviendo frecuentemente.<\/li>\n<li>Agregue los mariscos, recomiendo agregar primero los mariscos que necesitan m\u00e1s tiempo para cocerse (los camarones grandes, las conchas o almejas, mejillones), seguido de los que requieren menos tiempo de cocci\u00f3n (los camarones peque\u00f1os, calamares, las vieiras o conchas de abanico). Revuelva bien y cocine durante unos 3 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Agregue el arroz blanco cocido, mezcle bien y cocine hasta que los mariscos est\u00e9n listos, aproximadamente unos 5 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Agregue la mitad restante del cilantro picado, y rectifique la sal.<\/li>\n<li>Sirva acompa\u00f1ado con patacones o tostones, curtido de cebolla o ensalada, rebanadas de aguacate,
