opcional<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-17\" class=\"ingredient\">Sal al gusto<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-18\" class=\"ingredient\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-19\" class=\"ingredient-label\">Para acompa\u00f1ar:<\/div>\n<ul id=\"zlrecipe-ingredients-list\">\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-20\" class=\"ingredient\">Arroz y pl\u00e1tanos maduros fritos o patacones<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-21\" class=\"ingredient\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"zlrecipe-instructions\" class=\"h-4 strong\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<ol id=\"zlrecipe-instructions-list\" class=\"instructions\">\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-0\" class=\"instruction\">Ponga el jugo de lim\u00f3n, el jugo de naranja, el ajo machacado, el comino molido, el piment\u00f3n, las pepitas de cilantro molidas, y la sal en un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o. Mezcle bien para preparar el ali\u00f1o del pescado.<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-1\" class=\"instruction\">Ponga los trozos de pescado en un recipiente y c\u00fabralos con el ali\u00f1o, d\u00e9jelo reposar en la refrigeradora durante 1 \u2013 2 horas.<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-2\" class=\"instruction\">Caliente el aceite para preparar un refrito o sofrito, agregue las cebollas picadas, tomates, pimientos y sal, cocine a fuego medio durante 5 minutos.<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-3\" class=\"instruction\">Agregue la leche de coco, fresca o enlatada, al refrito. Mezcle bien y cocine durante 10 minutos, si quiere que su salsa quede bien espesa puede agregar \u00bd cucharadita de maicena o almid\u00f3n de yuca (tapioca).<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-4\" class=\"instruction\">Agregue los trozos de pescado, tape parcialmente y deje cocinar a fuego lento durante unos 20-25 minutos.<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-5\" class=\"instruction\">Espolvoree con el coco rallado fresco y el cilantro picado.
