class=\"ingredient\">2 libras de salm\u00f3n, cortado de 4 filetes<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-2\" class=\"ingredient\">1 cucharada de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-3\" class=\"ingredient\">1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-4\" class=\"ingredient\">1 cucharadita de semillas de cilantro molidas<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-5\" class=\"ingredient\">1 cucharadita de comino molido<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-6\" class=\"ingredient\">1 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n en polvo<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-7\" class=\"ingredient\">1 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-8\" class=\"ingredient\">1 cucharadita de pimienta<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-9\" class=\"ingredient\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-10\" class=\"ingredient-label\">Para la salsa de aguacate:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-11\" class=\"ingredient\">1 aguacate, cortado en rodajas finas<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-12\" class=\"ingredient\">1 cebolla colorada o roja peque\u00f1a, cortada en rodajas finas<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-13\" class=\"ingredient\">3 aj\u00edes o chiles, no muy picantes, sin semillas ni venas, cortado en cubitos peque\u00f1os o rodajas finas<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-14\" class=\"ingredient\">El jugo de 2 limones<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-15\" class=\"ingredient\">3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-16\" class=\"ingredient\">2 cucharadas de cilantro fresco finamente picado<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-17\" class=\"ingredient\">Sal al gusto<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-18\" class=\"ingredient\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-19\" class=\"ingredient-label\">Para servir:<\/div>\n<ul id=\"zlrecipe-ingredients-list\">\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-20\" class=\"ingredient\">Arroz<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-21\" class=\"ingredient\">Platanos fritos o tostones<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-22\" class=\"ingredient\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"zlrecipe-instructions\" class=\"h-4 strong\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<ol id=\"zlrecipe-instructions-list\" class=\"instructions\">\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-0\" class=\"instruction\">Para preparar el ali\u00f1o del salm\u00f3n mezcle la sal, las semillas de cilantro molidas, el comino, el piment\u00f3n, la cebolla en polvo, y la pimienta.<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-1\" class=\"instruction\">Frote los filetes de salm\u00f3n con el aceite de oliva y con el ali\u00f1o. Refrigere por lo menos durante 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-2\" class=\"instruction\">Caliente la parrilla.<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-3\" class=\"instruction\">Para preparar la salsa, combine las rodajas de aguacate, las rodajas de cebolla, los ajies o chiles picados, el cilantro, el jugo de lim\u00f3n, aceite de oliva y la sal en un taz\u00f3n. Mezcle bien y refrigere hasta que est\u00e9 listo para usar.<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-4\" class=\"instruction\">Ase el salm\u00f3n en la parrilla hasta que este listo. No lo cocine en exceso para evitar que el pescado quede seco.
