Pues toma nota que comenzamos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"ERSName\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSDetails\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSDetails\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSIngredients\">\n<h3 class=\"ERSIngredientsHeader ERSHeading\">Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 kg de pierna de cerdo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 lata grande de tomate triturado<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cebolla grande<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 o 2 pimientos<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">300 gr de arroz redondo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Pimienta molida<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 vaso de vino blanco<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Albahaca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"ERSClear\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSInstructions\">\n<h3 class=\"ERSInstructionsHeader ERSHeading\">Instructiones<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Lo primero es trocear la carne y reservarla.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En la olla r\u00e1pida ponemos un fondo de aceite de oliva virgen extra y a\u00f1adimos la cebolla, pimiento y ajo, todo muy picado.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cuando la cebolla est\u00e9 blandita, ponemos la carne y salteamos bien hasta que se selle bien.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Salpimentamos y agregamos el vino.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Damos un hervor fuerte para que evapore el alcohol.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Ponemos un poco de agua, como medio vaso y cerramos la olla.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dejamos pitar unos 15 minutos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Abrimos y agregamos el tomate triturado, ligamos bien.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dejamos a fuego medio-bajo para que el tomate se sofr\u00eda y la carne vaya absorbiendo el sabor del tomate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Ponemos un poco de albahaca, si es fresca y reci\u00e9n picada, mejor.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cocemos el arroz y cuando est\u00e9 tierno, escurrimos bien.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En una sart\u00e9n grande o cazuela ponemos un poco de aceite con un par de dientes de ajos muy picado y salteamos el arroz.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Salamos al gusto.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Con un vasito o una flanera individual, mojada con agua en su interior, rellenamos con el arroz y desmoldamos sobre el plato.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Servimos la carne junto con el arroz y cubrimos todo con la salsa de tomate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Listo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfTe animas con esta pierna de cerdo con tomate a la albahaca?
