Adem\u00e1s tengo una receta muy parecida <strong>\u201cPollo agridulce\u201d <\/strong>que creo que tambi\u00e9n os gustar\u00e1 mucho.<\/p>\n<div class=\"easyrecipe\">\n<div class=\"ERSDetails\">\n<div class=\"ERSClear\"><\/div>\n<p><center><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\" async=\"\"><\/script><!-- retangular 300x250 derecho --> <ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 300px; height: 250px;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-9453604337280352\" data-ad-slot=\"5623531826\"><\/ins><script>\/\/ < ![CDATA[\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><\/center><center><\/center><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSIngredients\">\n<h3 class=\"ERSIngredientsHeader ERSHeading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">*Para macerar y rebozar el pollo:<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">500 g. de pechuga de Pollo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 huevo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cucharada de salsa de soja ligera<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Un chorrito de vino de arroz chino (o Jerez seco)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">120 g. de Maicena<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">*Para la salsa:<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tazas (400 ml. unas 6\/8 naranjas) de zumo de naranja<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 cucharadas de salsa de soja ligera<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">50 g. de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd cucharada de Sambal ulek o La jiao jiang (\u8fa3\u6912\u9171)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Ralladura de media naranja<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Un poco de maicena disuelta en 2 cucharadas de agua<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Aceite vegetal<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">*Para decorar:<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">semillas de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Cebolleta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSInstructions\">\n<h3 class=\"ERSInstructionsHeader ERSHeading\">Instrucciones<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar el pollo y poner en un bol.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">A\u00f1adimos la salsa de soja ligera, el vino de arroz chino o Jerez seco, el huevo y mezclar bien.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Tapar con un film y dejar en la nevera durante 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mientras tanto, exprimir las naranjas, yo he utilizado unas 8, reservar su zumo para luego.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Sacar el pollo y rebozar bien con la maicena.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En abundante aceite vegetal fre\u00edr el pollo. Cuando est\u00e9 bien dorado, sacar y reservar para luego.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Preparar la salsa, en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite vegetal fre\u00edr los ajos, cuando empiece a oler bien, a\u00f1adir el zumo de naranja, la salsa de soja ligera, el az\u00facar, removemos bien y dejar reducir.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">A\u00f1adir el Sambal y la ralladura de la piel de naranja.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Poner un poco de maicena disuelta en agua, remover y cuando haya espesado, a\u00f1adir el pollo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mezclar todo bien y ya est\u00e1 listo para servir. Para decorar usar cebolleta y semillas de s\u00e9samo tostado.
