Una porci\u00f3n cubre m\u00e1s del 100% del requerimiento diario de vitamina A y un 50% de las recomendaciones diarias de vitamina C.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #5e5b51;\">\n<h4 style=\"color: #5e5b51;\">Ingredientes<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"color: #5e5b51;\">\n<li>&#8211; 6 cdas. de\u00a0<b>Aceite Puro de Girasol<\/b><\/li>\n<li>&#8211; 1 cebolla mediana, picada<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; 250 g de zanahorias, cortadas en cuadraditos<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; 2 dientes de ajo, picados<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; 1 hoja de laurel<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Comino<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; 350 g de arroz blanco grano largo o integral<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Sal<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; 1 bolsita de arvejas congeladas previamente cocidas<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; 1 lata de champi\u00f1ones enrodajas<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Pimienta negra en grano, para moler<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Perejil fresco picado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"color: #5e5b51;\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p style=\"color: #5e5b51;\">Calentar el\u00a0<b>Aceite Puro de Girasol<\/b>\u00a0en un recipiente grande a fuego medio, a\u00f1adir las cebollas y las zanahorias, tapar y rehogar durante 10 minutos.<br \/>\nAgregar, removiendo, el ajo, la hoja de laurel y las especias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #5e5b51;\">A\u00f1adir el arroz, 900 ml. de agua y sal. Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n, bajar el fuego, tapar y cocinar hasta que est\u00e9 a punto: 20 minutos si es arroz blanco o integral parboilizado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #5e5b51;\">Colocar las arvejas sobre el arroz, tapar la cacerola y retirarla del fuego.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #5e5b51;\">Dejarlo reposar durante 10 minutos para que finalice la cocci\u00f3n con su propio calor.<br \/>\nAparte rehogar los champi\u00f1ones en el\u00a0<b>Aceite Puro de Girasol <\/b>durante unos minutos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #5e5b51;\">A\u00f1adir los champi\u00f1ones a la preparaci\u00f3n de arroz. Remover con un tenedor de madera para mezclar bien todos los ingredientes, retirando la hoja de laurel si se desea.
