Sazona las pechugas con sal y pimienta negra molida y con las manos \u00fantalas con una cucharada de aceite (es lo \u00fanico que llevar\u00e1n de grasa) para que luego el piment\u00f3n se adhiera bien.<\/p>\n<p>2. Corta unos trozos grandes de papel de aluminio y reboza las pechugas con el piment\u00f3n que hayas elegido de manera que quede bien cubierto.<\/p>\n<p>3. Cierra bien los paquetes y m\u00e9telos en una bolsa grande de congelaci\u00f3n con cierre de zip.<\/p>\n<p>4. Pon a calentar una cazuela amplia con agua hasta la mitad para que no rebose cuando metas la bolsa, y en cuanto hierva a tope metes la bolsa y cuentas por lo menos 30 minutos. Pasado ese tiempo puedes sacar una pechuga y comprobar si est\u00e1 bien hecha, y en caso contrario vuelves a cerrar el paquete y lo dejas unos minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Como te dec\u00eda al principio, ahora puedes cortarla como quieras, en lonchas gruesas o finas o en tiras.
