Deja marinar una hora m\u00ednimo.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras\u00a0<strong>pon el horno a precalentar a 180 \u00baC.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Pasado el tiempo, retira un poco la maceraci\u00f3n y col\u00f3calas en una bandeja para hornear.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cubre las pechugas con la mezcla de la miel de abeja y la mostaza.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1ade la marinada sobrante al pollo, cubre con papel de aluminio y lleva al horno por 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Retira del fuego y <strong>coloca en un plato las presas de pollo.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Toma la bandeja donde se horne\u00f3 el pollo y agrega el caldo, lleva al fuego en una hornilla de la cocina, y raspa la bandeja y las part\u00edculas que en ella quedaron.
