A medida que vayas prepar\u00e1ndolos,\u00a0agr\u00e9galos al wok\u00a0con un poco de aceite. Sazona y\u00a0salt\u00e9alos\u00a0durante 8-10 minutos. Retira y res\u00e9rvalos. Rellena los tomates\u00a0con la farsa y col\u00f3calos en 1 recipiente apto para el horno. Mezcla el pan rallado con el otro diente de ajo (picado) y un poco de perejil picado. Espolvorea los tomates y\u00a0horn\u00e9alos\u00a0a 190\u00baC durante 15 minutos. Cuece las\u00a0espinacas\u00a0brevemente en un cazo con agua y sal. Esc\u00farrelas y col\u00f3calas en un vaso batidor. A\u00f1ade un poco del agua resultante de cocerlas y los quesitos.\u00a0Sazona y tritura. Sirve la salsa de espinacas en el fondo, pon encima los\u00a0tomates rellenos\u00a0y decora con unas hojas de perejil.
