Adem\u00e1s de ser f\u00e1cil de preparar es muy saludable ya que empleamos verduras en crudo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"contentFulltext\">\n<p>En una olla con agua y un poco de sal cocemos el arroz. Escurrimos y reservamos.<\/p>\n<p>elamos y picamos la cebolla.Cortamos los tomates y los pimientos previamente lavados. Mezclamos todas estas verduras. Le a\u00f1adimos las pasas y las nueces picadas.<\/p>\n<p>Mezclamos todos estos ingredientes con el arroz. Sumamos tambi\u00e9n la menta y regamos con el zumo de los dos limones y un poco de aceite de oliva.
