Y conciliaban el sue\u00f1o con m\u00e1s facilidad (en 17 minutos). <label>Todo<\/label>lo contrario se vio en los que eleg\u00edan su propia <label>dieta<\/label> y com\u00edan m\u00e1s grasas saturadas, pues se dorm\u00edan luego de 29 minutos, en promedio. Adem\u00e1s, se hall\u00f3 que el consumo exagerado de az\u00facar se asociaba con una mayor probabilidad de despertarse cont\u00ednuamente durante la noche.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEste experimento dejar claro que el tipo de dieta influye en el sue\u00f1o.
