Beber agua entre horas, sobre todo cuando hay m\u00e1s hambre. De esta forma, introducir dos vasos de agua en la dieta, tanto a media ma\u00f1ana, como a media tarde, ayudar\u00e1 a comer menos y evitar\u00e1 la ansiedad que produce el hambre y el estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>3.
