Mientras tanto <strong>mezclamos<\/strong> en un cuenco el <strong>bals\u00e1mico con la mostaza<\/strong>, el tomillo, sal y pimienta al gusto. Ponemos a <strong>hervir<\/strong> las <strong>jud\u00edas verdes<\/strong> en una olla con agua y sal, por unos <strong>20 minutos<\/strong> o hasta que queden blanda. Finalmente <strong>agregamos las verduras<\/strong>, ajustamos el saz\u00f3n con sal y pimienta de ser necesario. Dejamos, siempre en al <strong>lumbre baja<\/strong> y con el sart\u00e9n tapado, por <strong>unos 20 minutos adicionales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tiempo de elaboraci\u00f3n | 40 minutos<br \/>\nDificultad | Media<\/p>\n<h2>Degustaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Te recomiendo servir este <strong>pollo en reducci\u00f3n de bals\u00e1mico y verduras<\/strong> con un arroz integral o blanco. Como el plato incluye verduras no es necesario a\u00f1adirle m\u00e1s, as\u00ed que el carbohidrato que m\u00e1s te guste ser\u00e1 la mejor elecci\u00f3n.
