Seguidamente cortamos uno de los pomelos a lo vivo y haremos unos gajos sin parte blanca. Reservamos en un bol. Adem\u00e1s, exprimimos el otro pomelo y la naranja y echamos el zumo en un cacito.<\/p>\n<p>Ponemos el cazo con los zumos al fuego y le a\u00f1adimos el jengibre fresco rallado y el sirope de arce. LLevamos todo a ebullici\u00f3n y cuando llegue a hervir, bajamos el fuego y<strong>cocemos la salsa lentamente durante 20 minutos<\/strong>, hasta que se reduzca a la mitad y quede m\u00e1s espesa.
