Cocemos la quinoa seg\u00fan indique el fabricante, escurrimos bien y reservamos. Preparamos un ali\u00f1o con aceite de oliva virgen extra, zumo de lim\u00f3n y sal y lo mezclamos con la quinoa, las verduras asadas, hojas de cilantro y menta, semillas variadas y granada.
