En esta ocasi\u00f3n nos ense\u00f1a c\u00f3mo preparar el pez Orata o Dorado.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>Orata al estilo Mediterr\u00e1neo<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Tomates<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Papas<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Cebolla blanca<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Hongos<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Aceite verde<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Perejil<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Hoja de laurel<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Vino blanco<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Sal al gusto<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Pimienta al gusto<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Pescado Orata o Dorado<\/p>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Agrega sal y pimienta al pez y d\u00e9jalo reposar. Pica todos los ingredientes. En una sart\u00e9n sofr\u00ede la cebolla con el aceite verde. Luego agr\u00e9gale las hojas de laurel, los hongos, las papas y el perejil. Roc\u00eda con vino blanco hasta que se consuma el alcohol. Vierte toda la mezcla sobre el pez y col\u00f3calo al horno a 180\u00b0 por 30 minutos.
